1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the educational resources provided by Jane Publishing Co. UK ("Jane Publishing") on the Website www.JanePublishing.co.uk

Upon purchase or free acquisition of an Educational Resource, Jane Publishing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Educational Resource within your educational institution for educational purposes only or personal use. This license includes the right to adapt or modify the Educational Resources to suit the specific needs of your institution, provided that such modifications do not materially alter the content or purpose of the resources.

3. Fair Use and Copyright

Your use of Educational Resources must comply with applicable copyright laws and fair use principles. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Educational Resources for commercial purposes or outside the scope of your educational institution's use.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Educational Resources, including copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Jane Publishing or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jane Publishing provides the Educational Resources "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jane Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Educational Resources.  

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the World  Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jane Publishing  in relation to your use of the Educational Resources, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
